Return & Claim Policy
Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- You received a different product than what you ordered.
- If you receive a different product, you must email us immediately upon receiving the package.
- An unboxing video of the package is required for any claim. Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@carconceptsshop.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item — so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Cancellation Policy
You are eligible for cancellation if your order is not fulfilled within 12 hours of prepaid payment. No cancellation will be accepted after that. Dispatch happens post 12 hours of payment reception.
A 5% deduction will be applied to the total paid amount on all cancellations towards payment gateway charges.
Example: On an order of ₹10,000 — a refund of ₹9,500 will be processed.
